Nick is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of Himalaya Partners and its investments.
Nick began his career in corporate banking at KeyBank Real Estate Capital where he underwrote and closed over $700MM in multifamily debt transactions, and over $185MM in commercial real estate balance-sheet debt opportunities. He then transitioned to DevCo, a multifamily development and investment firm where he oversaw the re-development of LIHTC acquisition-rehab projects with a total capitalization of $325MM.
Outside of the office, Nick likes to spend time with his wife, family, and friends. You can also find him on the golf course, consistently missing his birdie putts.

Kasey serves on the advisory board for Himalaya Partners, where he provides creative direction and tactical advice for the company's investments, and capital raising initiatives.
Kasey is currently the Managing Director at Scent House, a fine fragrance distribution company where he oversees the development-retail distribution channels. Kasey started his career in the wholesale of luxury consumer goods at Fragrance Depot where he traded over $50MM in merchandise sales across global transactions.
When he's not in the office, Kasey likes to spend time with his friends and family. You can also find him on pickleball courts, getting beat by tennis players.
